Forward us your menu by uploading it or by email (if the menu is not available on your website) along with the list of your suppliers. Don’t forget to add a few attractive photos that we can add to the entry for your establishment in our list of participating restaurants.
Establishments wishing to join the program must demonstrate that 60% of their annual food procurement is composed of Québec ingredients.
Important note: The term “supplier” designates a Quebec producer or a company that does all of its product processing in Quebec. If the establishment sources its products from a distributor (ex.: GFS, Sysco, Dubé Loiselle, Alimplus, etc.), it must provide the name of the producer or processor in addition to the name of the distributor, if applicable.
This annual recognition is granted to restaurants whose menus are composed of 60% Québec products on average. This includes both raw products, homemade products and products sourced from processors here in Quebec.
