The Aliments du Québec au menu program is for all institutions, large and small, that wish to make a shift toward more locally sourced food:

The first step to obtain program recognition is to register and to pay the registration fee.
Registration form
Dishes must be made up of at least 50% Quebec-sourced ingredients.
Quantification of the proportion of local products compared to the institution’s overall food service expenditures.

100% of participants believe that the Aliments du Québec au menu recognition program effectively encourages institutions to increase the proportion of local products in their food procurement.
80% of participating institutions report that this recognition program inspired them to adapt their menus and to integrate more Québec products in their recipes.
