Longtemps propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene Loews, le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre h\u00f4tel situ\u00e9 \u00e0 deux pas des Plaines d'Abraham et au coeur du nightlife de Qu\u00e9bec a toujours su en jeter plein la vue. En son 28e (et dernier) \u00e9tage, le restaurant l'Astral a longtemps fait tourner les t\u00eates avant d'\u00eatre repris en concession par le Groupe Restos Plaisirs (Cochon Dingue, Caf\u00e9 du Monde, Paris Grill, Lapin Saut\u00e9, Madame Chose) \u00e0 l'automne 2014. Le coup de barre est magistral! Voil\u00e0 que CIEL! est l'adresse incontournable pour qui veut s'offrir un avant-go\u00fbt du paradis. L'endroit est depuis longtemps le seul restaurant tournant de Qu\u00e9bec. Nouvellement relook\u00e9 par la firme d'architectes Lemay Michaud, CIEL! a ouvert ses portes juste \u00e0 temps pour No\u00ebl (2014), faisant cadeau d'un espace bar et resto totalement cosy et contemporain r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 coup de million et \u00e0 partir duquel on s'offre une vue \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s sur Qu\u00e9bec.
